Today there is only one notable Tennessee city or town along the Mississippi River, but that didn’t used to be the case. In fact, I would argue that Tennessee’s most important “ghost town” is the Tipton County community of Randolph.

It looks like another pretty nice week of autumn weather across our area with only one day later in the week bringing a chance of showers. High temperatures will mostly range from the upper 60s to low 70s. Temperatures dropped as low as 33 degrees in parts of the Midstate on Sunday morning, but I don’t see anything that cold this week.
