Montgomery County added 10 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, surpassing 2,500 total since the beginning of the pandemic. There were 18 recoveries, making it the third straight day in which recoveries outpaced new cases.
Out of 233 new test results, 10 came back positive for a 4.3 percent positive rate. There have been 2,860 positive tests in the county.
Tennessee added 1,371 new cases and 14 deaths. The positive test rate sits at 8.4 percent.
